近年来,我国城镇化建设进程不断加快,集商业、居住等功能于一体的住宅配套商业综合体项目数量持续增长。这类建筑功能分区复杂,不同区域的使用时间、热湿环境需求存在显著差异,因此对暖通空调系统的设计提出了更高要求。文章结合住宅配套商业综合体的建筑特性,梳理暖通空调系统的设计原则,结合具体项目案例分析设计方案的确定思路,从多模块切入总结设计要点,为同类项目的暖通空调设计提供参考。

Abstract:

In recent years, China's urbanization construction process has been accelerating, and the number of residential supporting commercial complex projects that integrate commercial and residential functions has continued to grow. This type of building has complex functional zoning, with significant differences in usage time and thermal and humidity environment requirements in different areas, which puts higher demands on the design of HVAC systems. The article combines the architectural characteristics of residential supporting commercial complexes, sorts out the design principles of HVAC systems, analyzes the determination ideas of design schemes based on specific project cases, and summarizes the design points from a multi module perspective, providing reference for HVAC design of similar projects.
