Abstract:The installation quality of auxiliary equipment in a hot water supply system directly affects the system's operational efficiency, service life, and water supply reliability. The article is based on the hot water construction and operation management project of Huanggang Vocational and Technical College. It systematically analyzes the installation characteristics of auxiliary equipment for air source heat pump hot water systems in campus scenarios, deeply studies the key installation technologies and construction processes of core auxiliary equipment such as insulated water tanks, heat pump hosts, water pumps, pipeline systems, and electrical controls, and proposes full process management measures from the perspectives of quality control and safety assurance. It can provide reference for the construction organization and technical implementation of similar campus hot water system renovation projects.
