Abstract:Traditional vertical pipeline layout often relies on two-dimensional drawings for overall planning, which can lead to problems such as poor connection between civil construction and mechanical and electrical installation processes, insufficient vertical space conflicts, and delays in construction period, resulting in increased construction costs. The article focuses on the research of civil engineering construction and vertical comprehensive layout of mechanical and electrical pipelines in super high-rise buildings, sorts out the core requirements of vertical pipeline comprehensive layout, proposes feasible methods for vertical collaborative construction of civil engineering and mechanical and electrical pipelines, and combines BIM technology to explore layout optimization and precision control paths, in order to provide reference for vertical pipeline construction in similar super high-rise building projects.
